Native iOS planner on the App Store — SwiftUI client with AWS Amplify authentication and cloud sync
A minimalist digital planner app built with SwiftUI and AWS Amplify, designed and developed end-to-end. MONU focuses on calm, structured planning workflows — daily tasks, habits, goals, and calendar views — wrapped in a clean, linen-inspired UI.
Design & Product: Conducted user research and competitive analysis, then designed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Iterated through multiple design versions based on usability feedback.
Development & Impact: Built the native iOS app using SwiftUI and integrated AWS Amplify for authentication and cloud data sync. Successfully launched on the App Store and continue refining features based on user feedback and usage patterns.
AI product exploration: Prototyped AI-assisted planning concepts — task suggestions, summaries, and productivity insights — to evaluate how intelligent assistance could support daily routines. These remain exploratory prototypes and are not part of the shipped app.

Read the Full Story on MediumConversational interface built around async request lifecycles, error recovery, and retry states
A polished chat interface exploring real-world async patterns, error handling, and seamless UX. Built with careful attention to loading states, message flow, and responsive design — creating conversations that feel natural and intuitive.
How It Helps: Demonstrates practical async request handling, error recovery states, and smooth message transitions. Useful for understanding how to build responsive chat interfaces that handle edge cases gracefully, with clear feedback for loading, retry, and success states — essential patterns for modern web applications.
What I Learned: Building this project deepened my understanding of async JavaScript patterns, error handling strategies, and UX design for real-time interfaces. I learned how to create smooth loading states, implement retry mechanisms, and design conversation flows that feel natural and responsive.
E-commerce operations console — KPI cards, order pipeline, and low-stock alerts in one view
A merchant operations dashboard concept focused on giving store owners a single place to track orders, revenue trends, inventory alerts, and customer support status.
Focus: Information hierarchy, role-based dashboard UX, and fast decision-making workflows for daily commerce operations.
What I Designed: KPI cards, order pipeline views, low-stock warnings, and an activity timeline to help merchants move from insight to action quickly.
Reading tracker and knowledge manager — highlights, streaks, and progress visualization
A knowledge management and reading tracking application designed to help users build lasting reading habits and capture meaningful insights. Features include book tracking, highlight management, streak tracking, and mastery progress visualization.
Features: Day streak tracking, highlight collection, book library management, and mastery progress tracking. Built with a focus on simplicity and user engagement to encourage consistent reading habits.
What I Learned: Building Memoria taught me how to design effective progress tracking interfaces and habit-building systems. I learned how to balance simplicity with functionality, create engaging visual feedback, and design interfaces that encourage consistent user engagement.
A SwiftUI planner app, built and shipped to the App Store.
Authentication and cloud data sync running in production, via AWS Amplify.
A Cloudflare Worker signing ES256 JWTs, keeping the private key off the client.
Case study →Prototyped AI planning features. Wrote a guide on LLM systems. Not shipped yet.
Working through a topic in depth by writing it up.
What I've worked out so far about building on language models — tokens and cost, attention, sampling, retrieval, evaluation, and safety. Interactive throughout; everything runs in the browser.

MONU is my most recent — an iOS planner now on the App Store. I designed it in Figma, built the client in SwiftUI, and integrated AWS Amplify for authentication and cloud sync, from first concept through release.
My work has moved steadily toward the backend since: the sync layer in MONU, and a Cloudflare Worker that handles third-party API authentication for this site. I write long-form technical guides alongside the building.
Based in Houston. Open to local and remote opportunities.
The frontend of a small system I built: a Cloudflare Worker signs an ES256 JWT, calls the Apple Music API, and returns only the playlist data — so my private key never reaches the browser.
